Jim Daly received his bachelors in architecture in 1968 from the University of Washington
and has been a licensed architect in the state of Washington since 1973. Between 1972 and 2003, he practiced
architecture and was instrumental in the design and construction of many structures and complexes in Washington
and Japan.
His career in real estate development began in 1980. Since then Jim has been integral in the design
and development of dozens of projects. He maintains membership in numerous professional, business and service
boards and associations. Additionally, he is a past member and chairman of both Hospice of Seattle and the
City of Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board and a former Vice President and member of the Board of
Trustees of the Seattle Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
Jim spends his spare time with his family, skiing and cycling.
