Before co-founding Daly Partners, Patrick Ashman spent six years with a local Seattle brokerage firm, specializing in multi-family transactions. During this time he closed on over 1,100 multi-family units totaling over $75,000,000.00 in transactions. Patrick has established an in-depth knowledge of the Seattle real estate market and created valuable relationships with owners, bankers, brokers, and investors. These relationships, along with his local expertise, allow him to accurately evaluate market conditions and investor sentiment, as well as to structure unique investment opportunities that provide maximum profitability. Since co-founding Daly Partners in mid-2009 Patrick has helped to source, underwrite, raise capital and close on five exciting multi-family acquisitions.

When not working, Patrick and his wife enjoy the many outdoor activities the Northwest offers including skiing, surfing and fly fishing.

Patrick holds a BA from the Universtity of Oregon, as well as an active real estate license in the state of Washington. He is currently studying for his Series 65 exam to become a qualified investment advisor.
