Seattle’s first modular apartment building is located right next to Bell Street Park in the bustling neighborhood of Belltown. The two commercial spaces – Jim Chow Dance Studio and a soon to be announced company – add energy to the area.
Nhabit Belltown was awarded a 2014 AIA Honor Award as well as a 2015 Wood Design Award.
